I followed this training almost word for word- had a vacation in the middle of it that I lapsed a bit. I started with Ease into 5k in February then began Novice 1 Half. It was a long time coming, but I ran my first half marathon (Adirondack’s NY on dirt road and trail) yesterday and finished in 2:34. NO walking, no stopping! I couldn’t have done it within this program!
