Body
I went from a new runner age 43 doing a few 5 and 10k runs to completing my first marathon in 4;04 using the Novice 1 schedule. I really found running easy on the long runs and many of the other runs worked perfect as the natural build up of mileage throughout the plan was enough to prepare me for the marathon distance. Many thanks to Hal for your great plans.
