Great structure, totally do-able. Helped me get a sub 1'50" first half and looking for better on next one this week. Small niggle .... Being a Kilometer guy I would much prefer if the Kms were rounded up and down to achieve the same distances over the week .... I'm never going to go out and run a 6.2km ... I'm guessing most runners are the same!!
