Body
I ran my first marathon with this program. Stuck to it like glue, and my marathon was a success. I used the intermediate plan for my second and third marathons. After a few years without running, I'm coming back to the Novice 1 plan, and I remember what a relief it is to just follow this plan and trust the results. Recommended!
