I used this program 20 years ago, followed by the novice marathon training. It worked beautifully. I ran my first marathon in just over 4 hours and I felt great the whole time. Now, after over 50 half and full marathons and knee surgery, I am back where I started. I know it will work again. This is the best program for build strength AND confidence!
