I'm a so called lockdown runner. For the first six mths my miles was 20-30km weekly. In between, i've attempted 5 HM on my own w/o plans and managed to finished twice but clinging to halflfe. Then I encountered HH and picked the Novice 2 Marathon. I'm now into week 7 and is throughly enjoying it bcoz now i finish a HM (2'20") and can walk away smilling. So, prety much looking forward to week 18 and running my first ever Marathon. (Am I too bold to set a finishing time below 5hrs?) Thanks Hal
