Hello, having started running in March 2020 ( 55yrs old) i followed the Novice 2 Marathon program to prepare for the York Marathon October 2021, i had to deviate slightly as i entered the Sheff half marathon at week 15 into the program Finishing in 1:43, Eventually running my first ever Marathon in York in October finishing in 3:49, although very fatigued and sore will be running it again next year, thanks to this program i have achieved a lifetime ambition, wish i was 30 years younger knowing what i know now. thankyou Hal Higdon.
