So far so good after 4 weeks I have managed my second faster 5K time. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. I have already pass this link to other runners. The Tempo runs were a bit difficult to master specially the first time around, but things are only getting easier the second times. I am still stugling to keep my pace down during the Long Runs. 4 more weeks until my sub 17 mission is complered. Thanks for all the tips and advices
