Body
I followed Novice 2 to prepare for my 3rd nyc marathon and ran it faster than ever before. I am a 53yr old woman and was really proud of my time. I ran in 4hrs and 11 min. This program prepared me and had me in the right frame of mind. I loved it and will follow again if I can muster the courage to get to the next level????!!!
