Found this program easy to follow and customize as needed. I was recovering from a knee injury while training, so the extra rest days gave time to continue with physical therapy / strength. Went into my first race saying I was going to be happy with anything under 5 hours since I had just been cleared to run, but ended up running it at a little over 4:32! Really great, simple program- looking forward to trying the intermediate and advanced options as I try to PR (and hopefully BQ one day!)
