Came back from a lengthy nasty injury (all rusty at the point), Preparing for a half marathon trying to get qualified for NYC Marathon (which BTW is more difficult to do than BQ). Followed Hal's Advanced plan and I got my wish granted this morning. 5 years ago I also follow Hal's Advanced Marathon plan and got qualified for Boston on my 1st attempt. (2nd marathon)
