I have used this plan many times (sorry, I'm just now leaving a review!). It's not too much that you can't fit these runs into a busy life and if you stick to it, you will very comfortably finish a half marathon at a pace that works for you. And, unfortunately I know from experience, if you sort of stick to it, you can still finish...but not as comfortably!
